Review Time
On or around 21st June 2025 I started to shop online and Utsav Fashion appeared to be what I was shopping for, unfortunately it was not the best place to shop, I am a Desi, and it hurts me to write this review, i ordered two sari's for my wedding and the wedding came and still no sari, and the store that doesn't provide a phone number should have been the clue. It's now the end of September, and still no sari.
I ordered an item and they did not tell me that they did not have it until after the date it was supposed to ship. They then told me they did have it and it would only be another 4-5 days because it needed to be stitched. And then they told me again another 3 days after that that they didn't have the item. THEN they gave me an option for store credit, a refund to pay pal or chose another item. The option on choose another item said 4-5 days to process, so I chose another item. Then I get an email saying 11-14 days (not 4-5 days) to do the process. On top of that, I had a second item on the order that I asked them to just go ahead and ship (I had originally said ship together, even though I qualified for free shipping just to be polite), and they did not do that for me either. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU ARE ON A TIMELINE! ALWAYS SHIP EACH ITEM AS THEY ARE READY!
