Initially Confused but Impressed

At first, I felt a bit lost since I'm not familiar with the service. I mistakenly thought it was an electric company, but after reading more, I realized that's not the case. Now I understand what the service provides, even if I'm still unsure about the specifics. Regardless, it's clear that you do your job exceptionally well.
