I have had a very poor experience with Van Ameyde Spain regarding the handling of a car insurance claim managed for InsureMyTesla / Helvetia.
After they formally approved the repair estimate, I proceeded with the repair and paid for it myself, as requested. I then sent all the documentation they required: invoice, proof of payment, ID and bank certificate.
It has now been months since I submitted everything, and I am still waiting for the remaining reimbursement related to the vehicle vinyl repair.
Despite several emails and phone calls, I either receive no response at all or vague answers saying the case will be reviewed, with no clear explanation and no payment date.
The experience gives the impression of very poor case follow-up and extremely slow claims management.
When a company manages claims on behalf of insurance companies, clients should not have to wait months for reimbursement after a repair that was already authorized.
This has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I sincerely hope they improve their internal processes.
It is the worst experience I ever had, no call, no email unswers, no help at all.I had an accident that wasn't my fault. Anyway eventyally I am paying for my damage thanks to Van Ameyde "work", I hate you all and wish you to be closed as soon as possible.

Very unserious company. During my interactions with the management, the supervisor, and the HR manager, I found their behavior to be rude, and they frequently interrupted me when I tried to express myself. Their tone often came across as aggressive, which made it challenging to have a constructive dialogue. I felt this approach negatively impacted the communication. This was the office in Sweden, Malmö.
I have never dealt with a company as bad. Incorrect information recorded, payments refused based on their own incorrect information, ignored emails and ignored complaint requests. I will be taking this organisation to the FCA over there treatment of myself
Agents speak to you like dirty and then slam something down on there and speak to you with an aggressive manner even more what a bloody joke of a company you try to make a complaint about it to manager how don’t have a clue what they are doing or what they are talking about.
