Got a valuation for my van and sorted out a time and date to collect, they rang up on the day saying there were problems with the logistics coming to collect the van which it happens so was fine with, rebooked for another day which was today, texted the company which I received no reply so I rang up instead to see what was going on to have the phone hang up on me and I rang back a second time to be told they don’t know what’s going on and the logistics company will ring me back shortly, never had a text or a call at all, did try to ring back up to find out and no answer at all, wouldn’t recommend as it seems theirs absolutely no communication and nobody seems to know anything that goes on
