We started enquiring about selling our van 21/11/2025.The price was agreed and collection arranged.4 times the van was scheduled to be collected and no-one turned, no phone call, no message.Each time I contacted them they apologised and arranged another collection.Today, them simply ended the call as I reminded them of the arrangements ! Why not simply say.... we are not interested in buying this van !!!!???Unprofessional !
No new V5 filed by them as promised so getting loads of penalty notices.Despite initial assurances they have done nothing to help.Before transacting with them try contacting them, as suggested on their website, and ask them to confirm their full legal trading entity.
So after being messed about by. Buy my van for 3 days with numerous phone calls and many broken promises. Vandervan came and brought my van at the asking price with no messing around what they offered was what they paid. I would highly recommend to anyone trying to sell a commercial vehicle I could not recommend them enough!!!!
These guys were great when I was selling a none running van. Gave a very competitive price which they honoured once they had viewed the van and then arranged collection the following day.Communication superb and hassle free - special mention to John who was really helpful throughout the process and ensured the money was transferred the same day.
