The delivery was impressively fast. I did have to reach out since I didn't receive an order confirmation or dispatch email, but the support team handled my inquiry swiftly, and my stool/pouffe arrived as scheduled. I'm very happy with it; it's stylish and well-crafted, looking fantastic in the bedroom.
Avoid at all costs! It's not worth the hassle, and there are many comparably priced options with superior customer service. After the courier refused to deliver our sofa, claiming it wouldn’t fit in the lift (it actually would without packaging), they're now trying to charge us a collection fee for items that were never delivered. Customer service even sent a courier despite me clarifying there was nothing to collect. They are incompetent when issues arise, which explains the lower prices.
The item arrived in poor condition, and the company does not permit returns for items marked as signed for. The packaging seemed intact, so it was accepted upon delivery. The damage was only visible after opening the box, once the delivery driver had left. I was informed that since I signed for it, returning it was not possible. I recommend checking the contents before signing for delivery if you choose to buy from this seller.

The measuring tool on the website was helpful for choosing between kitchen and bar stools based on height. The stools were simple to assemble and look fantastic in my kitchen.
