This is going to be my 5th vape purchase from Tvape.com! This is my favorite site to purchase vapes from, they always have the lowest prices and items always arrive within 5-6 days. This time I was finally looking to purchase a Volcano and Marvi R and the support time matched one of their previous prices with no issues whatsoever! Customer service when it comes to purchasing is always 5 stars! I have never had to return items so I can’t speak on the return process. Best prices and best customer service online!

Quick Resolution for My Order Mistake

I quickly placed an order over the weekend and realized I had chosen the wrong model. I contacted the support team to cancel my order. To my surprise, I received a prompt response from a representative who offered to correct the order instead of canceling it entirely. This saved me a lot of hassle! I was impressed by the excellent service and swift replies. I also got a notification that my order shipped the same day, so it should arrive by Christmas :) The prices are unbeatable!
