What a fabulous day we had at vanity studios, from the hair and make up team to the photographer and after care. Everyone was so kind and helpful and made us all feel very relaxed happy and comfortable. My daughter (12) had her cosplay photos done and they were absolutely incredible and she loved every moment of it, there was with a few mum and daughter pics thrown in too (I wasn’t so keen to be in front of the camera but once I was it was so easy to follow direction and enjoy the moment) Definitely a day to remember and a lovely memory made with her. Thank you vanity studios definitely a day to cherish with lovely photos to look back on
If you are considering buying a voucher, I would not recommend! The so-called ‘voucher’ business from my experience is a way to get you to spend more money whether you like it or not. They sell the idea of ‘an experience’ but my experience was unpleasant. In fairness, the two women who did my makeup and hair were nice but everything else was stressful and seemed pushy and intimidating. Make sure you’re 100% familiar with their terms and conditions because I think it’s not customer-oriented and a ploy to get you to spend more money than you are willing to. I met two girls there who got their voucher too and said it felt like a trick/scam of sorts to get more money out of you... I respect all the positive reviews if those were really their experiences but if you’re considering buying a voucher I would not recommend. In all honesty, if I knew this is how it would go, I would have let the £40 I paid for the voucher go and not schedule to go to the studio at all. The woman who was selecting the photographs for us and showing us the packages, seemed irritated immediately we told her we didn’t want to get a lot of pictures- it’s almost as if she didn’t understand why we didn’t want to get more pictures outside of the complimentary ones. In the long run, they claim we were both more than 20 mins late (I admit I was late but definitely not over 20 minutes as they claimed) and forced us to pay for extra pictures with the money we put down as a deposit because of that. I personally wouldn’t recommend but if you still want to go, all the best, I hope you have a better experience than we did.
What an amazing team! My daughter and myself had such an amazing day. We loved are hair and make-up make over and the photos are of a very high standard. I would recommend this for a lovely day out for mother and daughters with photos to treasure a life time.
I had such a great experience here. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked into the studio. The photographer made me feel very relaxed and confident I loved his enthusiasm. Makeup was exactly what I wanted. If you want to get great professional photos this is place!
Got a voucher to use as a wedding gift by my family and it was a great experience! The hairdresser was amazing, gave so many tips and tricks to recreate my look at home. The make-up artist was so gentle on the skin and did an amazing job, listened to everything I was looking for. Bernardo the photographer was a bundle of joy! Made me and my husband laugh and feel comfortable. I can tell that the whole team loved doing what they do. Everyone was very nice and attentive. Room for improvement: There was no steamer or iron, we had our outfits packed in a suitcase so we were unable to use one of the looks due to the wrinkles. There also weren't any snacks (we were there for 4 hours and starving, would have appreciated light refreshments like biscuits and crisps atleast). The prices of the photos were also very very high. However Bernardo did such a great job that it would have been a shame not to cave in and buy more pictures! They had a 0% interest pay option which was great. Overall a great experience with a few minor hiccups. Thank you to the whole team for a unforgettable experience and photos to last a lifetime!
We absolutely loved our day! Make up artists were incredible and hair was exactly how we liked. Kieran was the best photographer and made us feel so comfortable even though we were so nervous to begin with. Photos turned out so much better than expected!
I came to Vanity for my first ever professional photoshoot and was a little apprehensive as I didn’t know what to expect. I left feeling on cloud nine! I was made to feel and look like a glamorous film star with an amazing job done in hair and make up. It was then downstairs for the shoot with the brilliant Bernardo who was full of energy and fun. He is a real asset to Vanity Studios and took the most beautiful pictures! It was then back upstairs after we had finished to go through the photos with Angie who was brilliant with advice on photos and information about the different packages and prices. With her expertise, I chose my final photos and am so elated. Thank you so much to everyone at Vanity for a fantastic day!
