Rude team and an absolute scam. My friends and I were sold the package as a fun photoshoot to do with friends where we would have two complimentary images. In all the communications/emails they continued stipulating the two free complimentary images.At the end of the photoshoot, during which we continuously mentioned that we are doing this as friends just wanting some nice group pictures, we were brought into a room to review and select the images we wanted. This is when Siobhan, told us that it was actually only two *individual* headshots and not the “two favourite complimentary images”. We told her that this was not said previously and instead were told that it was just two images, not specifically individual ones. She very quickly became rude and condescending towards us, telling us which should have ready the fine print on the terms and conditions. She insisted we didn’t appreciate the work that was done and that we don’t understand how a business makes money. She continued being extremely rude towards us, interrupting us when we were very politely saying we thought it was very deceiving to sell the package to us the way it was, to them scam us using the fine print. We checked all the emails we received prior to the photoshoot and noticed that in no communications did it mention this specification - not even an Asterix. Additionally, in all the calls we had with representatives, they only continuously mentioned the two complimentary images and again, not stipulating that they had to be individual.
We arrived and they welcomed us quite warmly , they offered us drinks and coffee. Then it was time for makeup, the makeup artist did a fantastic job in enhancing my face features. Then she did my mums makeup which was also stunning. They offered to steam our outfits, then we went downstairs to do the photoshoot in which the photographer was clearly experienced in. He guided us to pose and gave us different background selection. They also offered to do a mum and daughter picture. Which then gave us at the end a variety of pictures to pick from. We are able to select a couple pictures at the end and they showed us their package deals to buy from. They even offer a monthly instalment in case you couldn’t purchase on the same day. Lovely service and the team was wonderful definitely worth every penny.
