I had a tough situation with a software glitch that caused me to lose my account. I worked with Vanquish support to diagnose the issue and finally they did everything to make it right. Passing me a new eval at no charge and passing it. They took care of me quickly with a better result than i expected!!
I have been into trading for a long time and started my career at a prop trading firm dealing with forex and commodities. Initially I was skeptical about Vanquish but I joined their Discord community and liked how supportive the team/ community was. The depth of liquidity both on stocks and options are very high making the platform reliable. The dashboard is clean with modern UI, mobile friendly and real time PnL tracking and trade analytics that actually help refine your strategy. You can also open various different workspaces beside one another thus helping to keep the charts and tracking clean. The support is always there to help out as they have their own very active Discord server community and further you can reach out to their email for prompt reply to any of your query. There have been a couple of downtimes but the team has been very active in updating and keeping everyone informed. Further in terms of improvement, the platform can add more different asset classes for trading. Also, it can provide its users with a separate dashboard with graphs and charts to understand all the analytics related to their trading account so they can make better informed decision with the help of platform itself and won't have to wander around.
I’ve been a Vanquish customer for several months and requested a $34,000 payout on Dec 12 in accordance with Vanquish’s Advanced Options account rules.I was originally very excited to use and support a prop firm that allows options trading, and I understand that newer firms can have growing pains. That said, I have never been treated this poorly as a customer by any prop firm.After following up the following week, my account was flagged for a supposed “sim exploit” related to SPX credit spreads. In response, I provided extensive documentation directly to the team, including detailed written explanations, trade logs, and a screen recording.The recording I provided shows a standard two-leg SPX credit spread that had become nearly fully decayed due to price movement and time decay. The position still required a real debit to fully close and did not exceed the maximum theoretical profit of the structure. Any $0.00 value shown applied to a single leg that had become economically worthless, not to the position as a whole.During this review process, I was also timed out from Vanquish’s Discord server while seeking clarification, and communication since then has stalled. I have not received a determination, payout, or clear timeline for resolution.I’m posting this review to document an unresolved payout dispute and to request clear communication regarding next steps and timing.
It has been one day since I paid the $250 initial deposit for the options subscription for the $50k account. The web platform would not load despite several troubleshooting attempts. No alternate assistance was given from support. Please be aware no refunds will be given if the platform experiences any issues or does not function.
I have been doing futures prop firms for about a year, building up consistency and decided to add options into my arsenal with a personal account. The week I planned on adding to a cash account, my mentor told us about Vanquish. The website is very user friendly and easy to get the hang of, as well as the mobile app. They are always asking the users for input about what we would like to see added, and they actually listen and implement the updates!!! The flatten all button was highly requested and appreciated, you can exit all your positions instantly when the trade starts reversing. I have been with Vanquish for a few months, and just recently received my first payout!!! This payout covered the losses from blowing accounts and then some!!! I took advantage of the Black Friday deal and bought a bigger account. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for Vanquish!!!
I've been using Vanquish for close to 6 months now. Customer service is always quick and great with their help/solutions. No issues when it comes to the platform itself or payouts. Last but not least, the community is A+. I highly recommend this to anyone that is looking to trade funded options.
