I have ordered nealy £500 worth of stock in September, and not received anything or any communications or any refund by the end of November 2025.Stay well clear!!No one answers any phone number linked with the company or don’t reply to emails..
Placed an order with Vape Area Wholesale back in September(16th) and never received anything. I chased several times and was told to fill in a refund form, which I did, but weeks later I’ve still not had any refund or proper reply.They used to be reliable, but something has clearly gone wrong — I’ve lost money and patience. Now having to contact my bank to get my money back. Really disappointing and would advise everyone to stay away until they sort themselves out. Now over a month!!!!!!
Ordered over £200 worth of vapes on 11/9/25 and still no sign of my order have spoke to them on the phone 3 times and every time I've been promised next day delivery after having to listen to staff shortages and new staff but no sign of my order now no one answers the phone and replies to email
Never had a problem till last few months now ur literally just fobbed off with excuse after excuse. After waiting 3 weeks for vapes that was 1-2 delivery and still receiving nothing although many phone calls where i was tolds they will be with me in 2 days. Which resulting in asking for a refund
