Review Time
I placed an order 23rd February, for next day delivery. The items didn't arrive. I had to chase this order up, several times. I called, sent messages and emails. Eventually I was told, that my order had gone missing, and that they no longer held the stock to fulfill my order. Even though Vape Big, was still selling the stock, that wasn't available or in stock, to fulfill said order. This was 2nd March. I was offered to either, choose a different flavour, or a refund. Obviously I went with the refund option. I was informed, that it would take 3-5 days to appear in my account. Fast forward to 9th March, still no refund. I contacted Vape Big for the 15th time, since placing my order, this time by text message, and was informed, that as stated, when we spoke the day before, it would take 3-5 days. (We hadn't spoken, it was the week before). Obviously, because of amount people, that were/are chasing orders and refunds, the poor guy got confused. His response, when I informed him of this was, that he was confused and asked me to bear with him, I did bear with him, he didn't get back to me. A few hours later, I asked for an update, no reply... I called the next day, he told me he would call me back in 10 minutes, I was skeptical, as whenever he had said that, no call transpired. I then decided, enough was enough, and I filled a dispute with my bank, low and behold, not long after I this, I received a somewhat flustered, phone call from Vape Big, asking if I'd received my refund, as it had been sent, (it hadn't). Who also told me, that submitting a dispute, would mess up any refund. It didn't, as an hour later, after submitting my dispute, my bank issued a refund, NOT Big Vape. I wouldn't recommend this company, to anyone who would expect to receive an order. Be prepared for a very bad and drawn out experience if you do.
BEWARE!! Just received a Docusign from this company and I’ve NEVER bought from them. I most probably signed up for one of their discounts for a first time customer but never actually shopped with them. I’ve never had this with any other organisation and will now be unsubscribing from any future mailings.
Beware this scam company, they have compromised personal data and are sending emails out which look like they are a DocusignDocument. Be careful of clicking any links as they will look to hack your data even further if you attempt to open this on a desktop machine. I have evidence.
