I won 11k on December 28th, but then I came across this page and felt really disappointed. There's a limit of 500 for daily withdrawals and a maximum of 3 withdrawals, which seems unreasonable. I had almost lost all hope, but today, the 3 withdrawals were processed and are now in my bank, which is quite surprising! I used a bank transfer and had to reference a code I found in the reviews here. So it did work out; don't lose hope! Hopefully, I’ll receive the rest of my winnings by April, judging by this pace 😂 I hope this information is helpful!

Hey, I played this site then read the reviews and was thinking the worst but I know with US Casinos you have to search on google what your BAC number is for your bank and select bank transfer type the numbers it gives you online from your card and you will receive your winnings but does take about a week all in all. They don’t process over the weekend either. I’ve had problems before withdrawing from US account to my English card and this seems to be the only way you will receive your winnings, please trust the process. This is a long site where you won’t receive your winnings asap but you will get them by searching your bac number online x
This company needs to be closed down. Dont release your funds. Their live chat doesn't work and email response is awful. Surprised this hasn't closed down yet. Stay away from this site. With over 10k followers on my social media I will be putting on all my social media too. Stay far away from this site
The website itself offers a good variety of games. My first few withdrawals ranging from 70-110 pound withdrew nice and easy and withing the 3 business days.I then won 400 pound and this is when the questions started. First attempt I withdrew the lot and a week later nothing and kept being told its a delay in the payments.I then cancelled this request and tried a smaller withdrawal of 90 pounds knowing that I've managed to withdraw a few of these already. This was in my bank withing the 3 buisness days. I then requested 340 after this and it did actually come into my bank and withing 3 business days.Maybe there was some truth behind the delay from the financial teams or im just one of the few lucky ones im not sure.Just be careful
This website is the worst I have ever used. Multiple factors from no wins, website crashes, support chat not working and when it does the advisor starts the conversation by saying ‘hjello’ and the multiple different currencies it flips between.Please take my advice and stay away and I am in the process of sod reporting this website as something is definitely not correct with it.
Content:I submitted a £490 withdrawal on 23 November 2025. As of today (27 November), I have not received the funds, and the withdrawal status has not changed at all. I have contacted support multiple times, but they only give the same generic replies like “your funds are safe and will be processed soon.”I feel cheated and extremely disappointed. The lack of a clear answer and repeated excuses are frustrating and unacceptable. I strongly warn other players — be careful with this casino, as withdrawals may not be processed even after several days of waiting.
Made 3 withdrawals of £500, been told every single day that I am a priority and they are at final stages of being completed and yet nothing. Same email responses over and over, no sign of getting that money! On day 8 now and nothing, will update if I get any of the money and change the review however not looking likely at all
