Signing up was easy, winning was easy, verifying was easy. Getting paid .....nope! After winning $300 and waiting and waiting. I tired canceling and trying again. Still nothing. Several attempts to contact customer service via website and email and they refused to respond. Just like all other scam sites. I accepted my defeat cancelled my request and blew it all. Shortly, after a few choice words from me, they responded just as I had anticipated. Violation of conduct. 😂😂😂 Also once I get my lie of a reply I'll gladly provide screenshots to back it up.

I’ve been waiting for over four business days (plus two weekends) for my withdrawal to be processed, even though this casino clearly states on their own site that withdrawals are handled within three business days. That’s simply not true.Every time I contact their so-called customer service, I get the same copy-and-paste responses — vague reassurances that my withdrawal is “in the queue” and that they’ve “contacted the finance department to speed it up.” It’s been the same line for days, with no actual progress or results.They also ignore emails completely, which makes it impossible to get a real update or explanation. Right now, I have three pending withdrawals, which is the maximum they allow — meaning I can’t even request another until they finally release the ones they owe me.This casino operates with zero transparency, terrible support, and broken promises about payment timelines. Based on my experience, they’re not trustworthy and behave more like a fraudulent operation than a legitimate gaming site.Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this casino. There are plenty of reputable ones out there — this is definitely not one of them.
