I sent VCG a client of mine with a complicated situation. Although the file was initially a decline, the team took the time to speak with the merchant and get a better understanding of her situation. Despite some logistical issues and it being a holiday, Jesse and Jay went above and beyond to process the deal and get my client funded.Most funders are very black-and-white in their underwriting -- Velocity goes the extra mile to understand the unique situation of each client and actually try to help their business.
