Completely disgraceful service

This service is absolutely disgraceful. I wish I had researched and read reviews first. I saw an article claiming it was easy to use for beginners, but my curler is faulty and doesn't work at all. I've attempted to get a refund and sent requested videos, but I only receive automated responses. From what I’ve read, it seems related to another questionable service. I will never purchase from them again.
