If it's to Bing Lee as a store I'd even say they are ok, BUT.... their crackhead delivery service including managers is horrible. I never experienced more useless delivery service including Menulog. I'm disappointed and frustrated. Manager tried to explain to me that is ok to make people wait for 3 hours for delivery guy and skip pretty much all day at work because they can't give one simple call hour prior to delivery. Behaviour, service, people skills, understanding, communication, for $700.00 worth of merchandise, is absolute 0... zero is not existent but if I can I'd never let these idiots deliver fries and not something more. Big mistake. Never again!

After a shocking experience with The Good Guys, I ordered an appliance through Bing Lee’s website which was delivered less than 24 hours after the order was made. Such a different experience! Delivery guys were fabulous as well!
The website had 'buy before midday receive before x date', so I bought it as I was basing the purchase on time to delivery.Took the day off work when the delivery date came around and only found out it wasn't coming for weeks when I called them asking where it was. They said there is nothing they can do and they don't provide delivery updates. I checked their website and they still had the false delivery date listed for potential new buyers. Really dodgy
I ordered the 12kg Bespoke Smart Front Load Washer from Bing Lee as a Black Friday special, along with the 9kg Heat Pump Dryer. The order went through online, payment was taken immediately, and everything appeared fine.The next day I received a call from Bing Lee informing me that they couldn’t supply the items because their stock count was wrong. I explained that I was in no hurry and was happy to wait for restocking, only to be told the washer was a clearance item and would not be restocked at all.When I asked what this meant for my order, the only response was that I would receive a full refund. I then asked when the refund would be processed, as I wanted to use the funds during the Black Friday sales. I was told it would take a few working days through the bank. I explained this wasn’t acceptable given they had taken my money for an item they couldn’t supply. The response was basically that nothing could be done — end of call.Extremely disappointing experience. Taking payment for an item that isn’t actually in stock, then offering no meaningful solution and delaying the refund during major sales, is simply not good enough. I won’t be shopping with Bing Lee again.
I find bing lee needs to up grade their in store payment system especially when one has purchased with credit card before especially if one doesn’t have a vehicle and they won’t accept over the phone payment for items that’s absolutely ridiculous all that’s happened I purchased all my electronics equipment after being flooded out from other stores and paid over the phone with no problem at all
I purchased a range of items from their West Gosford store. The salesman was good and helpful. The delivery was arranged with a 3 hour window. The delivery guy turned up 30 minutes early and was upset that I wasn’t there. I said I would rush over and it would take about 15 minutes. After 5 minutes he called and asked where I was, sounding as if it was a problem. - I told him I was on route - maybe 10 minutes away. When I arrived he had left - 15 minutes before the delivery window arranged. I waited thinking he would come back but he didn’t and neither would he answer my calls. He didn’t have the decency to say that he had left the area. After shopping at Bing Lee for many years I will not use them again. The delivery service treated me like I was a nuisance. Delivery has been scheduled again - this may not be the end of my problems…
Great from start to finish. The salesperson (David) was really helpful and informative. We got a good price on the fridge and dishwasher we bought. Everything was delivered on time, as promised, by helpful people. The recommended DW installer was prompt, did a really good job at a very good price and provided a good guide to practical use of machine.
