If I could give Vertex more than five stars I would. You ever know what kind of service you will get when simply searching on Google, but Vertex surpassed every expectation - they were on hand to answer all my queries efficiently, calling to chat things through when I needed and kept me constantly updated - and all with the most personable manner. It meant a lot as they were transporting my late father's vehicle from my mum's in Birmingham to me in London and did so with care and respect. Can't recommend enough.

It was 10pm the night before we were due to collect a classic mini which my partner was super excited about… Just 1 problem it wouldn’t have make it the 3.5 hour trip back. Then after popping a quote request on the website the team got hold of us within 30 minutes and had arranged transport for the mini the next day. The service was second to none. From the quote, paying and the transport chap. He was super friendly and took good care of the car. We would definitely recommend and will use again in the future if needed. Thank you :)
Great service provided by Vertex Recovery - they provided the most competitive quote for the transport of my vehicle and provided times that suited my requirements. Brilliant communication from both the owner and driver on location, cost, arrival times, and details. Very accommodating providing insurance details when requested. Clear payment details were provided. I would highly recommend Vertex Recovery - the driver was extremely kind and patient and showed a great level of care in my car.
My car needed moving from one garage to another, so I called Vertex late one afternoon and got through to a lovely, helpful chap called Erkan. He took the details, called me back within 15 minutes with a very reasonable quote, and I booked straight away.I paid via a Monzo link, reconfirmed the addresses on WhatsApp, and was given a collection time. The next morning the driver messaged, arrived on time, and delivered the car to the second garage without any issues.Super pleased with the service, a mega-quick turnaround!Thanks Kim
