Ordered a 5.0kW petrol generator which turned up within four days. When started up however it did not produce electricity at 240 volts and 50Hz it produced 235 volts at 400Hz.This would severely damage anything plugged into it.My attempts to get this resolved were frustrated by their use of the thoroughly useless complaints procedure provided by EBAY which is geared up to entirely frustrate anyone attempting to use it. They finally asked for a video of the machine to be sent to them, again, via EBAY, (hence you have no idea whether or not they have received it) and two weeks later I have heard nothing.
I bought an RV with a maxspeedingrods touchscreen radio installed by the previous owner. The radio was missing the volume dial. When contacting maxspeedingrods I was told that in order to get a new dial I needed to produce an order from the installer. I could not get an order from the installer and for a part that cost about $10 maxspeedingrods refused to help. This made absolutely zero sense. I would NEVER buy a product from this company. If you do, good luck getting replacement parts. Maxspeedingrods company sucks!
CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO.Ordered two Front Air Spring Bags for P38 Range Rover.Maxspeedingrods DO NOT respond to email pre and post sale. Clarification questions are left unanswered. The Maxdpeedingrods Web site is MISLEADING. Disregard the pictures on each product, they are just pictures of what you could have had.The PRODUCT DESCRIPTION for each individually itemised product is generic and the same for all 'like' products leaving you to gamble on which product may be best suited to your needs. Without any form of customer support it really is a gamble.Shipping is EXTORTIONATE at £70. Check the misleading website for each product ordered before you order. You may find better quality products cheaper.Arrived on time is the only good thing to say about Maxspeedingrods.
