Subpar product quality

The quality of the products is disappointing and seems designed to mislead those unfamiliar with local specialties. The mozzarella tastes nothing like real buffalo mozzarella, and the taralli are filled with artificial ingredients. The olives were sour, and I hesitate to try the rest of the order. Even a single star feels excessive.

Incredible food experience

I just received my first order in England, and I must say the food is exceptionally good. My family hails from the region, and it tastes just like home. I will certainly be placing another order.

Mixed experience

It took two weeks for my items to arrive, which I was informed was due to holidays in the area; better communication would help. The package arrived warm, and the fresh tomatoes were squished due to tight packaging, resulting in some spoilage. I did receive a refund for those items. However, the Parmesan cheese and mozzarella were acceptable.
