He even went the extra mile to wait a few minutes when I realized I had left my garage door openers on the visors. He called me to return. A truly remarkable gentleman in every way! My experience in scheduling the car pick-up awas very frustrating. When I intially put in the request I was told I would be contacted whin 24 hours. It took two weeks calling back in forth before a pick-up time was scheduled.

The whole experience was Fantastic and painless. It took a couple days but it all worked out. The people who actually picked up the car were great! I wish I knew their names..This is a great organization!
