Review Time
I’ve been a customer of Vet UK for years and have always found them a great company. However, the new website is rubbish quite frankly. It took a matter of minutes for the items to be transferred to my basket, during which time I thought it wasn’t working and almost gave up. It wouldn’t let me pay with Pay Pal and the visuals are not as good because one single item fills the screen instead of several at a time.
Easy to order but a little slow and clunky with the customer service.
Eg I have placed an order in the past and after a week found out that my prescription had run out - which was obviously my fault - but there was no notification that this had happened and they had already taken my money.
I also found the switch over to the new website stripped out my prescriptions which I had to reload and had trouble with the next order which caused a delay in getting my medication once more.
Most of my other orders have gone smoothly however when things do need addressing communication has been a little slow.
They never used to be a phone number that you could contact and that has been remedied with the new website however I’ve never managed to get through.
I have never had a problem with Vets uk always order my dogs flea treatment from you. I'm now ordering my dogs prescription meds from you in having had them yet but I've only just order them
First time user in buying from the site..registered for an account, knew what I wanted and suitable for my old Yorkie. Purchased 19th Jan and despatched shortly after. However when I went logged back in Feb looking for something for my other dog and found I had to create a new password as some updates done. Found my purchase history missing as were any points, I advised them by email showing picture of my account....no reply back.
