Their customer service is really atrocious. If they had half a business sense, they could be a successful business, but unfortunately whoever is running customer service is almost trying to make things unpleasant for the consumer. Shame

Poor resistance even after adjusting…

Poor resistance even after adjusting pedal wheel to highest resistance level, I was looking for a good aerobic alternative; however, it was not the case.very disappointing given the pricetag.

Fantastic reliable product with easy delivery

Very attentive to my needs

Very attentive to my needs. They were informed about the equipment. I have recommended them to many of my friends because their equipment is the best in the industry. Regretfully, I’ve used similar bikes and none of them have the quality of my hydrorider professional. It’s in the same condition after 15 years of use.

Product Solid but customer service could use imporvement

I'm sure the product itself is good but I reached out to Hyrdrorider to try and have them help me find a training to get into so I could offer a class with the bikes at my facility but they were not very helpful at all.

Excellent experience with Millie…

Excellent experience with Millie Gutierrez and her staff at Hydrorider, U.S.A.!As a totally and permanently disabled person, we are using the Hydrorider in all of my Aqua-therapy sessions.It's amazing how the Hydrorider bicycle is providing me an opportunity to "ride a bicycle again" while stationary in the water!I highly recommend Millie, her staff and the incredible people at Hydrorider!
