Like many insurance companies, they seem to prioritize collecting payments upfront while making it difficult to get assistance when needed. Response times are incredibly slow, if you receive a response at all. Closing the account is a hassle, often resulting in error messages or busy lines. It raises questions about how such businesses operate under EU regulations.
I need to move abroad for work. Unfortunately, the system hasn't sent a confirmation email for my cancellation. I've reached out to customer service, but the issue persists. I will not be paying my next bill as I will no longer need insurance.
