Disappointment After Years of Loyalty

After being a loyal customer for five years, I was denied a claim for an eye surgery during my vacation. They dismissed my claim as insignificant and continued to delay even after I took legal action. I strongly recommend against using this service, as their practices appear quite unethical.

Appalling Customer Support

I am utterly appalled by the so-called "Customer Service" at this insurance provider. After believing our policy was automatically renewed, we were informed it was canceled and a reinstatement fee was necessary. We had no choice but to pay it, but after this experience, we will be looking for an insurance provider with better customer service. I am incredibly disappointed!

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I faced a credit card application rejection without any explanation. Despite several attempts to get clarity, I received no response or assistance from their team. This was a complete waste of my time, especially given my strong credit score. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I cannot recommend engaging with this company if you value transparency or support.

Frustrating Experience

I found this process to be a complete waste of time. I filled out all the necessary paperwork to transfer my funds, yet they never sent my RRSPs or even informed me that I still had them. When I called to resolve the issue, they blamed my requesting institution and offered no help, despite charging me years of admin fees. I spent countless hours on the phone only to lose my funds and close my account. When I asked to speak with a manager, they said I had to submit a complaint instead. I went in circles with them, with no accountability taken. I would never work with them again!

Lack of Trust and Support

I received a communication years ago about a data breach and quickly contacted a lawyer after someone applied for a card in my name. Despite providing new information, I was told I wasn’t affected. I found it coincidental that I received a call from a bank about identity theft recently. After multiple attempts to reach someone for help, my calls were dropped each time. I spent hours explaining my situation with no resolution. I would not recommend opening an account with this bank.

Extremely Slow Service

The service is incredibly slow, and there's a lack of accountability. My financial representative at the local branch takes weeks to respond, and I often don't receive timely callbacks or email replies. When I called to complain, I was placed on hold for 35 minutes just to file a complaint. If it takes this long to open a case, I question the efficiency of their service!

One of the Worst Experiences I've Had

This company has been one of the worst I have ever dealt with! They put you on hold for hours and falsely claim they cannot cancel transactions from your own account. I plan to share my experience on social media as they need to improve their customer service training. They don’t even deserve one star.

Violation of Privacy Regulations

This company has inundated me with unsolicited emails, breaching privacy regulations. I have no idea how they obtained my personal information. They have applied cookies without consent and placed trackers in my browsing, which I have blocked. After visiting their website, I discovered they are a foreign company involved in insurance and banking. Their actions are illegal and violate data protection laws, and I have reported them to the relevant authorities.

Prompt and Effective Service

After a minor accident with my children, the service was incredibly efficient. By the next day, everything was handled smoothly. I'm currently waiting for an appointment to replace some parts, but so far, my experience has been excellent. Even on a holiday, they reached out to assist with replacing children's seats at their actual value. Truly impressive!
