The installer was outstanding—very professional and courteous; he truly deserves commendation. We switched from a previous provider, and now we can enjoy uninterrupted TV. I highly recommend the service; we are very satisfied so far.
An email advertised a one-time opportunity to purchase additional data for the holidays. I bought 10 extra data points for $14.99, only to receive a follow-up email stating that the purchase was only valid for my current billing period, ending in two days. When I called for clarification, I was told that the additional data would expire and there was no option for a refund or rollover. This experience has left me quite dissatisfied with the service.
The technician was on his phone chatting with friends throughout his visit. When I stepped out to ask a question, he didn't even notice me due to his phone call. He left trash in the backyard that could have posed a risk to my dog, as well as litter outside our fenced yard. After finishing, he exited the area without a word and only returned to inform me that he was done.
There always seems to be an issue with the service. The technician was excellent, but when he sought technical support, there was a specific problem with my house. The assistance he received turned a one-hour visit into a four-hour ordeal. The service also wants me to pay more for significantly less than what previous providers offered. I just don’t see a company that genuinely cares. I had to cancel an earlier appointment to accommodate the technician, and after being without internet for a week, I either had to miss an important appointment or wait until after the holidays for help. It seems like there’s no proper planning for coverage in the area.
The Daily Data Usage Graph on the website has been non-functional for nearly a week. I depend on the website as I cannot use the app. Although the agent was trying to help, he had no updates on when it might be fixed or why such a straightforward feature broke. This situation warrants a zero-star rating.
