They always fit always run too big and way too high too much material in them. I do like the straight leg size sized pants but you are charged for high-quality and it is low quality material. I ordered the regular blue jeans, straight pants and the black pair and immediately the black pair started to get discolored around the zipper and thigh area much quicker than normal jeans and the seams started to bust almost immediately for jeans that are $150 this is just crazy. I shop at Nordstrom’s and other high-quality Jeanne companies and this is definitely high-quality price for low quality material. So unless you just have lots of money to waste, this is a good pant that will last you 6 months at best
Placed an order for jeans for a trip to Europe. The jeans never showed up. I purchased the shipping protection because sometimes things happen. Customer service refused to refund my money. I did not want a replacement as I’m leaving this Wednesday, and that was the point of the purchase. I wouldn’t purchase from here again based off my experience. Not for the price and how customer service handled everything.
These jeans offer a comfortable fit, and the material is a distinctive denim that has some stretch while still feeling high quality. I initially thought they were a regular cut in length, but they ended up being a bit short for me, even though I have a fairly average inseam. I might consider trying another pair from the seller in the future.
These jeans are incredibly soft and have a slightly heavier feel, indicating their high quality. Standing at 5'10" and usually wearing a size 4 or 28, I found the size 2 in these jeans to be a perfect fit. The stretch is fantastic, accentuating my athletic shape without flattening it like other brands do. Even after one wash, they maintain their wonderful feel. Plus, they are long enough for me to wear with a small heel! Without a doubt, these are my favorite jeans.
I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. I made a $189 purchase and they retained $41 when I returned it. The return policy seems misleading and unjust. Additionally, the clothing did not match the advertised appearance—the quality and fit were significantly different from what was presented. It seems like they exploit everyday consumers. I will not be returning to this platform.
Despite having purchased many jeans from this brand before and adhering to the sizing guidelines, nothing fit properly. Residing in Canada, I doubt I would order online again due to the inconsistent sizing, shipping charges, and a $15 restocking fee, plus additional costs for further attempts. Overall, it ended up being an expensive $75 just to try on pants that weren't suitable.
I’ve purchased from Good American twice now and own a total of three items, I’m officially obsessed. The fit is incredible! These jeans actually have enough room in the hips and thighs without gaping or squeezing, and they fit beautifully around the waist. They also wash really well, my first pair still looks brand new after many wears.Customer service deserves its own shout-out too. I had a small issue with a recent order, and their team resolved it quickly and professionally. It’s so refreshing to see a brand that cares about its customers.Honestly, I can't recommend it enough!
