all arrived well packed and in perfect condition.only the cheese was not i packed in dry ice. i had to disppose of it. i love ricotta salata ,which is not possible to buy it here. so i was a bit disappointed . otherwise i am quite pleased with the products you offer ,best regards from Martin in Frankfurt . I have to add here that the support given by the Vico team was more than one can expect. i have no words to describe the personal attention given, especially in a world of digital connections. yest flora was there to clarify and assist on my issues highlighted. i will end with this quote that i use when one is more than satisified with the services offererd " when one finds the best who needs the rest " thank you flora and team. keep it up !
I'm very happy with my order from Vico Food Box. Delivery to Austria was fast and arrived within the promised timeframe. All the products - including the glass containers - were very carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition. The quality of the Italian food is excellent and the little extra gift in the package was a particularly nice touch. Overall, a fantastic experience - I'll definitely order again!
