I just wanted to leave a review for Victoria and the team to thank them for all of their help in finding my new apartment.
The whole process was made extremely simple and Victoria guided me through the entire process.
Saw a great apartment to rent online and spoke to Joshua who arranged a viewing the same day.Loved it. Joshua was on the case and got everything completed extremely quick which meant I could move in just five days later.Thank you to all the team at Victoria and Associates.
I was looking for a small property in Puerto Rico, my apartment in Maspalomas is listed with another agent that doesn't cover the area. She tried straight away to get me to move my sale to her office. I refused. later in the day I had a call from my agent saying he had been contacted and asked to share commission as I was her client. Not happy as I never gave permission for this.
Called in recently to inquire about rental properties in Mogan/Puerto Rico. Was in the middle of discussing my requirements when a guy walked in. She got up from the desk and started arguing with him about fake emails he had sent that she claimed to know nothing about. She then started stamping her feet shouting 'The brand will be damaged' Very odd woman!!
Visited the office a few times looking for a rental property, on 4th attempt finally found someone there. Was told the owner would be down in a while as she watched everything on a ring doorbell??! She arrived with a client she seemed to be trying to impress. Eventually I was asked what I was looking for, I explained a property to rent for up to 1000 a month. She laughed and said 'I have no idea why people try to move here when they can't afford it' going on to say she doesn't deal in properties for 'my end of the market' I left feeling insulted and humiliated.
I had a viewing of my apartment organised for 10am, took the day off work. Nobody turned up. I eventually got a text message in the afternoon saying sorry I am unwell. Later that evening was in Puerto Rico and saw her with a group of guys, glass of wine in hand and fag hanging out of mouth. Must have made a rapid recovery
