I ordered 2 items in a single order 2 days ago. The charged me 3 times and they issued 3 orders with 2 different order numbers.I have tried contacting their chatbots and they keep sending me to other support people. They tell me they will contact me soon but I am still waiting. I sent an email and asked them to call me. I am still waiting. I just received an email saying everything has been sent.Tomorrow, I ll have to take further actions against them to try recovering my money. I pressed the button once for a single order and was charged 3 times the amount which is abusive.Order number: 0041004380342 and 0041004380341
Ordered two cast iron table feet. I had to spend over an hour on one of them to remove 7mm of iron from the bottom to ensure a level table and has to remove up to 4 mm at the top to plane the surface that is fixed to the underneath of the table top to stop in from wobbling. The other foot was fine.Edit: vidaXL contacted me and gave me a substantial financial compensation, following which I have changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Very good after sales' customer service.
It took 4 days to process my order and 4 days more for the shiping (including a weekend). I expected a faster delivery for a product in stock.The customer service contacted me and offered me a compensation for the slow delivery, which I gratefully appreciate.Such a service deserves 5 stars.
