Look amazing! Honestly it is probably 20 plus hours and very fiddly. It’s more a marriage project in commitment and trust than a metal planter box. It’s a great product but for us was entirely time consuming. Should come with a warning that it has a hundred tiny screw and a need to bend metal in an exact way. Kinda a metafor for life this product. Seems easy. Looks gorgeous but a sh@t ton of work!!! It went in the bin after 8 hours of screwing little bolts. Got a pot, more expensive than I wanted to spend but taking into account the time way cheaper.
Purchasing an outdoor setting on line was much easier than i thought, delivery was promt, only took a few days. Tracking was informative.the 2 boxes arrived in good order..there was a bit of a mix up with one of the pieces..but it was rectified straight away, vida XL was very easy to deal with. The lady I spoke to was very nice..very happy!
The quality of the product is impressive. The instructions are straightforward. While shipping was stated to be within one business day, it actually took over a week. *Edit* Dispatch occurs within one business day, which was my misunderstanding. The communication and readiness to help with any issues are outstanding.
I've had two disappointing experiences in a row, one directly with the company and another through a third-party platform. The first order had one item delivered timely while another was lost, and the replacement took ages. The shipping service was unresponsive to tracking inquiries, and communicating with the support team was frustrating and unhelpful. The second order was similarly problematic.
I haven't opened or assembled the item yet. The box arrived in good condition, but I was frustrated because my first order was canceled unexpectedly. Living on an island, I've had successful deliveries before, so I expected better handling of shipping fees during checkout. I tried again, providing a transport company's depot and paid extra for delivery, but I believe shipping charges should be clearer during the checkout process.
