I placed my order on the 25th and made the payment by transferring money to the specified account... however, I still haven't received my items! I attempted to reach customer support, but there was no response, and my messages went unanswered!

Office chair order over a week ago

I ordered an office chair over a week ago. I was informed it would take 2-3 days for delivery, but I still haven't received it. The tracking number is also incorrect. No response to my emails. I wouldn't recommend this service!

Order received in two parts

My order arrived in two separate parts. One part was delivered a week ago, and the second part arrived today with the package crushed and the items damaged inside. The plastic bags used are not protective enough for courier transport.
