This is the second time my order has gone missing, and there has been no communication from the company or the delivery service. I can't reach anyone; I've only had a brief interaction with the delivery service, but I need to get in touch with the company as well. The customer service is absolutely terrible. This situation is still unresolved. I'm appalled.

We encountered a problem with the delivery due to the company breaking the package. However, after that, the service was prompt and responsive in organizing a replacement. I was worried because one of the bottles I wanted was out of stock after the damaged packing, but they managed to send me that bottle as well. Their communication was excellent.
I ordered on Sunday evening, and it showed in stock, with my account indicating it was dispatched just two hours later. Now it's Friday, and the courier still hasn't received the package. Customer support is only available through an online form and is completely unresponsive. The product won't arrive on time, and I couldn't recommend this service less. There are better options for purchasing wine.
As a family, we've decided to explore and appreciate French wine, and we found the service to be wonderful. The quality and depth of information on wines, vineyards, and regions were impressive. The selection of quality wines at reasonable prices was great, and the ordering process was straightforward with dependable delivery and good packaging. We appreciate this service for enhancing our family experience. We won't be buying wine from supermarkets in the UK again. Highly recommended!
This is my second negative review for this poor service. You might wonder why, but there are numerous reasons that deserve criticism. Their responses are just meaningless jargon about wanting to provide top service while ignoring real issues. My wines never arrived, and the promised refund has not come either! These are the facts. Avoid them if you value good service and honesty.
After spending a significant amount with the company, I tried to contact them about a corked bottle. I filled out a complaint form on their website and included an image of the wine. However, when I hit send, I was told I failed the robot test. How convenient! I've now wasted an hour trying to submit it again and have tried calling with no success. I won't use this service again.
