I've used this service 3 or 4 times for uk passports and non UK visas, always quick and easy. Today I ordered the wrong format and didn't realise until I downloaded/received the email, I replied to it as I hand noticed my mistake but as soon as it sent I realised I had bought the online version, not the offline version. As it was my mistake I went through the process again, and by the time I had finished and bought the correct set (a few minutes) I understand received an email with the photos adjusted to the format I had wanted, but not ordered, really quick and Fantastic customer service, I replied to thank and apologise for my mistake and informed that I had bought another set. i then received another email in response to say they had refunded my 2nd purchase! Amazing, was completely my fault! Recommend this product and service to anyone needing either in or offline photos.

I messed up. I made a mistake on visafoto's website and didn't realize it until after I paid. I contacted visafoto's support team and was contacted quickly with a response that visafoto would correct my mistake even though it wasn't their fault. This is a great company!
