My complete mindset shift happening after joining this community and listening to vishruthi mam
I have joined the group called AARAMBH which is a first step to become consious person in order to become a consious parent
Previously I have tried reading books and listening to podcasts and watching videos on social media for answers to my questions and to get a clarity on self work and parenting but even doing all of those I still felt something is missing
But after listening to courses and calls from vishruthi mam it felt real and I felt me and my questions seen and heard and I got exactly what I needed
And also the members in this community are like really family
They made me feel like I belong
I genuinely recommend each and everyone this platform

Vishruthi's guidance through Aarambh will take you more and more deeper to our core system, beliefs and getting to know about how the childhood trauma internalized in the system with which we are struggling NOW in adulthood is so relatable and how to overcome these challenges is beautifully scripted in this course. I had a tremendous experience with Vishruti's course. It's one of those courses that you cannot do just ONCE, either. You have to first do it, let the experience and theories sit/marinate within you. Then go about putting it into practice. After about 6 months, I plan to revisit the course and reimplement the theories, surely to pick up something new. I have had a great time through all of Vishruti's courses but this one in particular was highly beneficial.
