Ignore the negative feedback; these snug options are truly exceptional compared to my homemade versions—they're on another level. I wouldn't part with them for anything. I will definitely purchase again for my IEMS. A perfect 5 out of 5!

The ordering process was straightforward, and they even returned my molds upon request, allowing me to use them again for another pair of IEMs for different purposes. The build time was fast, and shipping was prompt as well. It was absolutely worth the wait to get these.

I placed an order on January 26th, and as of March 22nd, I still have not received my package. I've requested a refund three times, only to be told they are waiting for the shipper to update their information. I ordered during winter, and now it's spring! The customer service is terrible!

They provide wonderful support and comfort, making them my top choice for any workout. I’ve never felt more confident in my gear! I wasn't aware of the 30-day refit policy at the time, but I accept my responsibility. However, this doesn't change the fact that the product was faulty upon receipt, and you are still keeping my money without offering any resolution unless I pay more, despite you not providing the customized product I ordered. Your policy seems to disregard the specific circumstances. While you can enforce your terms, it doesn’t make it ethical. The product is still under warranty for manufacturing defects, but you argue that the earplugs not matching the molds isn’t a defect. A manufacturing defect occurs when the product deviates from the intended quality during production. Given the specific molds provided, not receiving a fitting product seems to qualify as such. Others can read this and your overall Trustpilot score (2.8/5 at the time) and form their conclusions. Response 13/2: Thank you for your reply, but please don’t misrepresent the situation. I requested a refund based on your warranty after you wouldn’t continue the refit process I initiated right after purchase. I don't want to pay again for something I never used. Although you can set your return policies, it’s unreasonable to charge me the same as customers who are satisfied with their purchases when you acknowledged the fault shortly after my purchase. Poor fit appears to be a common issue with your product, which is surprising, as I've had many custom earplugs made elsewhere without needing refits. I asked for clarification on why the refit delay affected additional charges, but received no explanation. It's unclear if you genuinely want to resolve this when your only option for me is to pay more for something I already bought. Ultimately, you are keeping my money without delivering what I paid for, and this will impact my future business with you.
Stay far away from this company. You will not receive what you ordered. The quality is subpar. I ordered two pairs of tights in black and green in December 2024. Online, they appeared fantastic. It took a month to receive my package, and the tights looked like something from a discount store. I received a pair of black and tan tights that were neither the butt-lifting style I ordered nor the correct color. Don’t waste your money with this company.
This company has completely ignored my emails about not receiving my purchased item and doesn't even provide a functional phone number for inquiries. I requested a refund via email multiple times but got no response. The alarming part is that they don’t offer refunds even if the product was never received! I placed my order in February, and we are nearing June! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
Terrible customer service once an issue arises. I’m leaving this review in hopes of getting a response. My disappointment with these earplugs is immense. They don’t fit deeply enough according to the molds I provided and feel like they will slip out even when dry. The fit is inadequate for creating a proper seal in water, allowing in a lot of water, making them practically useless. While swimming, the earplugs almost fall out due to the poor seal. Additionally, the connecting cable is too short, causing discomfort when I breathe. My partner’s earplugs are nothing like mine, and hers fit much better. As it stands, these are completely unusable, so I either want a refund or a properly remade set. I don’t understand how they passed quality control.
