Didnt wait too long to be seen and Optician was very thorough and explained everything to me. Could have had more of a selection of frames and more help in choosing frames. It was my first visit and i seemed lost with what to purchase
I was seen almost immediately, very little waiting. The optician was honest and did not push me to changing my prescription because there was very little change. I had a not very nice experience at another high chain of optician, so I was looking for honesty. I was allowed the opportunity to ask her as many questions as I wanted. Very satisfied.
I suddenly went blind in my right eye at work, Nick and the staff in the Abergavenny branch were absolutely amazing. They didn't hesitate to see me and with in the hour I had an appointment at the Royal Gwent hospital. Then I had to have emergency surgery on my eye as I had retinal detachment in 2 places. If these guys had not have seen me I would have lost he sight in my right eye.
I have been back again today as I have had some pain in my eye and again seen straight away and Nick explained why I was having pain this is because my prescription has changed.
The whole team at Vision Express Crawley have been amazing in helping me over the years and especially in the last few months. They truly could not do more to help me. The customer service has been outstanding, with special thanks to Matt, Farah and Zara, who have dealt with prescription issues, my uneven ears and wonky head with complete professionalism, kindness and never making me feel like the time I was taking up was a stress or inconvenience. I would highly recommend team Vision Express Crawley.
I had a routine eye exam recently and was very impressed with the care taken. The optician was professional and explained everything clearly without feeling rushed. Finding a new pair of frames was easy with the help of the staff. Everything arrived on time and the fit is perfect.
I made a return visit to the Boston store to collect my glasses and was delighted to be greeted by, and fitted with my new glasses by Maria. My initial visit for my sight test and purchase of my glasses was a very good experience. I was seen by a couple of different staff members, as I moved through the various tests to complete my full sight test. At each stage I was treated with respect and friendliness and all staff were careful to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. I think it’s fair to say that all of the staff at the Boston store are a credit to the company.
Very professional service provided. All my questions were answered which helped reassure me throughout the examination. Friendly staff who assisted me to choose my new frames.
The optometrist who checked my son’s lenses and gave us an alternate due to dry eyes was really informative and suggestive. He was calm and friendly unlike the last optometrist.
All the frames are totally overpriced compared to other stores or websites. The guy in Brent Cross visit express gave me a fairly unprofessional treatment by smirking every time I tried to compare final price for each glasses. Made me feel like I’m asking too many questions when in reality I asked for 3 comparisons.
