I want to warn other customers about my experience with Ortorex (including ortorex.uk and related domains).I made multiple purchases from this store, but **I never received any products**. The seller is completely unreachable—emails are ignored and the phone number only leads to voicemail.I have since reported this to the police as **internet fraud** and obtained an official police report (case number PL2600-260108-042550273). I also provided this to my bank (ABN AMRO), as the payments were made from my **minor daughter’s account**, making this situation even more serious.There are many other victims online reporting the same pattern: payments made, no delivery, and no response from the seller. This is not a simple delay or mistake — it is a **systematic scam**.If you have been affected by this shop, I urge you to:• report it to your local police as internet fraud,• share your experiences here to warn others,• and demand that banks freeze or block the seller’s accounts to prevent further victims.Please do not shop here or on any related Ortorex sites. Terrible quality and very bad return policy. It initially looks like a proper local website, but the products are low quality, all made in China. They also claim “free return within 30 days”, but they don’t issue you a return label and you have to pay return costs yourself. Terrible
