I had very bad luck purchasing WordPress themes from Visualmodo. I bought their premium package, but it was not worth it. All the themes provided were free ones, and some were expired. Please refund my money.

I have great experience with these…

I have great experience with these guys. I have been working in Wordpress for a while now and have use any different themes over the years. I ended up buying one of their lifetime packages that contains all their Wordpress themes and they have been great. If I have run into an issue, they have been very helpful in resolving it issue, or showing me what I needed to do instead of what I did. I love the fact that they are willing to help and support their themes. Always keeping them up to date. Keep up the great work

My website was suddenly down

My website was suddenly down, so I contacted my hosting provider. They told me that it was a theme issue, so I reached out to Visualmodo. In the end, Visualmodo Support fixed the issue within a few hours and even updated a few plugins. The culprit ended up being the hosting provider throttling my website because I was uploading images to my library, but Visualmodo came to the rescue. Love you guys!
