We wanted to make a strong impression at an expo we were attending, and that's when I came across Volt Signs and their incredible 3D lit signs—they looked amazing online, and they delivered even more in person!Chris was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He guided us through every step of the process and provided a render that matched the final product perfectly. Installation was quick and seamless, and Chris even sent a photo once the sign was done in production.The photos honestly don’t do it justice—our booth was a huge hit! The desk with the custom sign caught everyone's attention as they walked by.We’ll definitely be working with Chris and the Volt Signs team again. Highly recommend them if you're looking to stand out!
At first, I was a bit nervous with receiving the right sign and how easy will it be to be place up.To my surprise, the sign look great!! It was done exactly to my specifications.The sign came with a template that you attach to the wall. And the hanging hardware is real easy to place.I will definitely continue using them for my future projects.Fred R
I happen to come across the information for Volt Signs by searching the Internet on where to have a business sign designed. I’m glad I chose Volt. Chris was my designer and he was communicative through the entire process and very responsive to my every request. So responsive in fact, I would receive text messages from him after business hours. Which, for some may be a turn off, but for me… I run my business in the off hours, and it was extremely helpful to have somebody to communicate with when I needed them. Chris kept me in the loop throughout the design process, the development of the sign, the testing of the sign as well as shipping and delivery of it. The turnaround time for the sign was pretty fast, 2 to 3 weeks max. I found the sign to be affordable as well. The quality of the sign is great and I’m hoping it holds up through the severe weather that we see in Michigan. I was able to install the sign on the rooftop of my business tonight and it’s perfect. My husband is very handy and it didn’t take much for him to figure out how to install it and hook it up… But I would say if you did not have this expertise, that might be a difficult part as the sign did not come with any instructions for that. Overall, I would 100% recommend Volt signs for your signage needs.
Volt Signs IS AMAZING!!!!! Chris Is seriously the absolute best person to work with. Lets just say my request was not easy. Production had to redo my design a few times, my wants needed to be met with realistic approaches and chris was so good at taking the time to really explain everything and patient with addressing all of my concerns.. again like I said I didn't make it easy. There were moments I was getting discouraged that my sign wouldn't look like how I had hoped ans that it wouldn’t come in on time for my openingWith only 3 weeks turn around time we were able to design, then do a whole redesign, test production, and get it shipped prior to my opening! Even after the sign arrived the hardware was a struggle and getting the sign the light up was a bit confusing but chris was there by text every moment I needed and even rush ordered the proper hardware to get it up and runningThe sign looks AMAZING and is an absolute staple to my business I have been getting so many compliments. Im just soo soo happy and really need Chris to know the customer service has earned a lifelong client.
I ordered a custom sign for my business and was genuinely impressed by the final product, it’s beautiful, well-crafted, and arrived safely packaged. The turnaround time was reasonable, with delivery about 2.5 weeks after placing the order.Unfortunately, the communication throughout the process was inconsistent and frustrating. I was first contacted via text at 11pm CST, which felt unprofessional. When I asked for shipping details, I never received a response with the information. The sign arrived with no installation instructions or documentation, and when I reached out with a question for my electrician, I was met with silence from the representative I had been working with. Eventually, I was able to reach someone by calling the main number listed online, but it took extra effort to get the support I needed.If you’re confident handling installation on your own and don’t mind minimal guidance, the product itself is worth it. But if you value clear, timely communication and reliable customer service, be prepared for some bumps along the way.
