Working through WorkMotion has been a very positive experience. The onboarding process was smooth and well organized, and all administrative topics such as contracts, payroll, and compliance were handled clearly and professionally. The platform is easy to use, and important documents like payslips and contracts are always accessible. What I appreciate most is the reliability and transparency of the process. Payments are always on time, communication is clear, and whenever I had questions, the support team was responsive and helpful. Overall, WorkMotion makes international employment straightforward and stress-free, allowing me to fully focus on my actual work. I would definitely recommend WorkMotion to anyone working remotely across borders.
What I like most about WorkMotion is how simple it makes hiring internationally. We were able to onboard an employee in a new market without setting up local entities, and the compliance handling gave us confidence from day one. The platform is straightforward, and their support team responds quickly when questions arise.

As an Head of People, I’ve used several global employment platforms in the past, and while WorkMotion’s tool is easy to use, what truly makes the difference is the quality of the team behind it.From my own onboarding to the day-to-day follow-up, the level of support has been outstanding: precise answers, fast responses, and a real sense of partnership. Each question is handled with care and professionalism, which makes a huge difference when managing complex international topics.Thank you to the WorkMotion team for the quality of your support, it’s a real pleasure to work with you.

I was selected for a Senior HR position in Spain with WorkMotion. I successfully passed the first automated language assessment and then completed a video interview with the internal recruiter. At that point, WorkMotion unilaterally reduced the initial salary range for this regional managerial role from 50k to 35K, explaining that after interviewing several candidates, shareholders decided to lower the offer since “many people in Spain are willing to accept lower salaries.” This justification reflects a profound lack of respect for experienced and well-prepared professionals, devaluing both the role and the expertise required to perform it successfully. They still invited me to continue in the process, acknowledging that my profile matched the role perfectly, and encouraged me to complete an extensive and complex case study to discuss the salary matter later during the final interview stage. I dedicated significant time and effort to complete the case study thoroughly, even identifying and correcting a notable error in the material provided (related to employment law). However, shortly after submitting my work, I was immediately rejected without any explanation.I reached out twice (giving 3 weeks between both requests), kindly requesting constructive feedback on my case study — mainly to understand which aspects I could have approached differently and to learn from the experience. Unfortunately, I have not received any response. This was a senior managerial position for Spain, and I believe all candidates deserve a respectful and transparent hiring process. At this level, where applicants invest substantial time and share valuable professional insights that could benefit the company, the minimum courtesy should be to offer honest feedback and appreciation for their effort.I truly hope WorkMotion — and companies in general — begin to adopt fairer and more considerate recruitment practices that respect candidates’ time and professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend WorkMotion as an employer due to the evident lack of respect and transparency shown to candidates from the very first stage.
