I regret to say that my experience with Volza has been highly disappointing. We encountered a critical data discrepancy Halfway through our one-year contract, We promptly reported the issue but, despite assurances that they were working on it, there has been no resolution till date, leaving us unable to use their data portal effectively for five months until February 2024.The database's lack of accuracy raised concerns about the reliability of information.What added to the frustration is the lack of transparency regarding a timeline for resolving the issue. Every time we inquired about progress, we were met with vague responses, and no concrete steps have been taken to address the problem.Furthermore, when we requested a refund for the days of service disrupted, Volza refused, citing their reliance on third-party data sources. In conclusion, based on this experience, I Would not recommend Volza to others who rely on timely and reliable data services.
