I had a very disappointing experience with Volza.The platform is marketed as a powerful tool for trade data analysis, but in reality, a significant portion of the data (especially for EU markets) is masked or limited, making it far less useful than expected for actual business development.What is even more concerning is their “3-day refund policy.” For a complex platform like this, it is simply not enough time to properly evaluate its real value. In practice, this policy feels more like a formality than a genuine “satisfaction guarantee.”When I raised these concerns and requested a partial refund, there was no willingness to find a reasonable or commercial solution. Instead, the response was strictly based on policy, with no consideration of the actual user experience.

Our company details are published without consent. Emailed Volza politely to remove our details - but they did not reply. We dont use their service, we didnt sign up for their service - yet our import , export details are listed publicly on their site. When did we authorise this? When did we agree to this?
