Worse company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They organise an appointment with a four hour window. No tech showed up, not phone call to notify, and could not answer when a new appointment would be made or when my hicaps would be available. To add injury to insult the customer service was extremely rude trying to blame me for not contacting them earlier. Shit company, shit customer service!

I created an account on this 'data thief' site, and they rejected my application and blocked my access. I can't create another account with the same email address, I can't log in, I can reset my password but I still can't access it. This despicable company, which reviewed and rejected my application in a few hours, hasn't responded to my emails for 3 days. I will now check the payment machines in physical stores and refuse to pay if it's Verifone. Verifone and 2checkout are definitely low-quality companies to be avoided.

Verifone, ie 2Checkout took money out of my PayPal account as an "auto renewal" that I did not authorize and are now refusing to refund my money, so I have had to file a dispute with PayPal and my credit card company to attempt to get my money back. They attempted to get me to cancel my dispute with PayPal which PayPal told me NOT to do.

AVOID :EaseUs" software, "Verifone" or "2Checkout" payment processors AVOID AVOIDUPDATE:Following this review they issued a refund. The ordeal with their delay tactics, and lack of cooperation should be considered by future buyers. This is regrettable because this company has abandoned past good ethical practices.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience

I am fully aware that Verifone and 2Checkout are the same company, only operating under different names. Since this is essentially a duplicate profile, I believe I have every right to leave the same feedback here as well.My company, Conic Solutions, develops SaaS platforms and launches innovative startups that provide services to end users. Still, my application was rejected twice within seconds, without any explanation.It is clear to me that 2Checkout/Verifone is not the only payment gateway provider in the world, but such behavior is simply unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Rebranding from 2Checkout to Verifone will not help unless internal practices improve.For now, my rating is -1.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid Verifone Payment Gateway

We’ve had a truly frustrating and disappointing experience with Verifone as our payment gateway provider.1. Outrageous Fees:They charge a hefty 6.5% per transaction, retain an additional 5% of each transaction (with no clear justification), and still charge $35/month just for the privilege of using their broken system. The value simply isn’t there, especially considering what you get in return.2. Horrendous Support:Their support is practically non-existent. Response times are measured in days, and when they do respond, it's usually just to redirect you to another email (which no one replies to) or dismiss your issue outright by saying it's not possible. There is no accountability or follow-up whatsoever.3. Outdated, Glitchy Dashboard:Their dashboard is one of the slowest and most frustrating systems we've ever used. Pages take forever to load, and the user interface feels like it hasn’t been updated in years. Trying to accomplish even simple tasks is a time-consuming ordeal.4. Broken WHMCS Integration:If you’re using WHMCS, stay far away. Their module is completely unreliable — subscriptions are often mishandled, and it ends up breaking the billing system instead of streamlining it.Final Verdict:Verifone is a textbook example of how not to run a payment gateway service. Between their greedy fees, incompetent support, awful dashboard, and broken integrations, we strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a reliable, professional payment solution.

Worst checkout system ever, miss 2checkout

Worst checkout system ever. What in the world happened to 2checkout? The site is incredibly slow, buggy, and horribly designed. Trying to update a card was a real lesson in patience, completely trash website and UI. Hire better devs.edit: They tried to flag the review saying I had the wrong company (probably an attempt to remove bad reviews). I am 100% talking about the Verifone payment gateway. It's honestly rich they are flagging reviews without any response.

It is a horrid product. What happened to older Eftpos machines that had analog buttons and didnt require a nuclear power plant to charge/run? Why does my eftpos machine have mics and 2 cameras.... Its just disgusting spyware.

Watch out for scummy business practice

Automatic renewal 15 days in advance of when payment due - I was caught outCharged £44.99 when current price is £19.99It is very difficult to cancel the automatic renewal when initially making payment the pervious year.
