Review Time
Company stated on their website item would ship same day if ordered by 12 pm. I ordered at 9 AM and the item still hasn't shipped two days later. Calls to customer service are directed to some far off place in India, where they are less then helpless, saying it's their company policy to not ship it the same day, and one time told me the ups man just hasn't gone to their warehouse in the last two days. If you need an item in a reasonable amount of time don't order from here. Anyone talking about how good the customer service is a shill.
Received damaged merchandise and they will not give us a refund unless they process the whole thing through warranty (which tales months) and now they claim we needed to purchase the new item through them which we did not as I found a different vendor who said if the item didn't work we just send it back with no hassle!!!!!!
I was able to find the product using Google Search and then visited the Voomi website. Due to the size/value of our order, I emailed them and asked if there were any discounts. We received a quick response from the Voomi sales team who sent over a quote including tax and shipping for all the items at a great price.
