Im specifically here to speak to how great our driver/installer was for a 12x56 temporary office trailer we are renting. Kurt Langeberg was perfectly communicative, prompt, efficient, friendly, and dependable. He was in contact with me the day before delivery and was eager to plan the route upon arrival and the setting location of the trailer. He arrived on time the next day and despite some tough requests from us to set the trailer on uneven ground and in a tight area, Kurt was happy to please and got the job done right.
We had Isaac Vera on-site this morning to pick up our 20’ conex box, it was in a very difficult spot to load out and he made it happen without any problems, great driver with experience makes all the difference in the world, he’s a great asset to Pacific Mobile, would recommend them all day long!!
Today I called looking for a storage unit as my Mother has recently passed away. I was greeted quickly on the phone by a kind friendly voice. She was sensitive to the reason for my need of a container ans wasn't trying to oversell me while I was in a vulnerable state. Compassion, quick (she had me quoted in minutes), and easy.
