Great product very effective and very cost-effective. If I could add one thing, it would be good to have a digital read out on the remote control instead of bending down to the floor to try to read what it said on the unit itself.
I was going to order an extra one, but I think I will wait until the next version is released in the hope that this has changed.

I bought a hot and cold fan just over two years ago and have used it frequently during both summer and winter. It's a fantastic device. I was very pleased with the customer service I received after an issue with my order. The representative was very helpful and resolved everything quickly and efficiently. Regarding the product, I haven't had the chance to fully test it yet, but everything appears to be in order. I do have one question: I assume the unit will take a short time to reach the maximum heat setting. As I mentioned, I've only gotten familiar with its functions and haven't fully tested it yet.
The ordering was straightforward, but the delivery didn't arrive on schedule. I haven't had the chance to use it yet as the room it’s meant for is still under construction. I really like its appearance and believe it will serve its purpose well.
The item arrived well-packaged and appears to be of good quality. It took a bit longer to reach 30 degrees, but I was pleased once it did. I may be sensitive to noise, but I personally can't imagine sleeping with even the lowest fan setting on. The remote control is a significant advantage. Overall, I'm satisfied so far—let's hope it holds up!
I'm quite pleased with my stylish fan/heater; however, I wish the entire unit turned off when the desired temperature is reached, not just the heating element. On another note, I had a frustrating delivery experience. It was supposed to arrive on Thursday, so I took time off work, but it didn't show up despite tracking indicating it was nearby. It eventually arrived on Friday, leading to additional time off. When I expressed my concerns to the driver, he simply said, 'I go home.' The product deserves an 8 out of 10, but the delivery experience was a major letdown, scoring only 1 out of 10.
