Ben, was an absolute star today.He went out of his way to make an appointment for me at short notice and arrived ahead of time.Ben is extremely knowledgeable, fixed the issue I had with an install and got everything working in no time at all. Ben was brilliant. I had been let down massively by someone more local to me (avoid mobile audio technicians from Weston super mare) and was feeling pretty exasperated.I messaged Ben despite him being about an hour from where I lived. He was excellent, helped me with buying the correct head unit, turned up when he said he would and was generally communicated excellently all the way through to completion.You said you'd restore my faith and you 100% have, thank you.

Hi, I’m Ben and I run Legacy Audio. A business serving the wider Somerset area that specialises in vehicle audio and technology installation services. This includes audio system upgrades as well as vehicle safety and security equipment such as dash cameras, reversing cameras and GPS trackers.
Having spent nearly 10 years in a retail store installing equipment like this in vehicles, two comments from customers always stood out to me:
1. It’s always difficult to find time and make myself (the client) available for several hours throughout the week and fit it around family life or work.
2. How does the equipment work?
I offer a very simple solution to both points:
1, I’m mobile. Although I keep regular working hours, I am able to work the service around your availability and your life. Be it at work, at home, or even in some cases whilst you’re out shopping! I aim to make things as easy and convenient as possible for you.
2. I do not over book myself. This allows me to take a little extra time with you, the client, to make sure you have all the information and are aware of exactly how to use your new products and gadgets. After all, it’s completely pointless having these products if you don’t know how to use them – all too often I saw customers returning products full of frustration for this reason!
