After I pay'd

After I pay'd, a few hours later I received an email with a discount. Dutch as I am :-) I contacted via the chat to tell them about it and if I still could get it. They checked and extend my plan with 1 month. Happy me.I also wanted to change the server from US to Amsterdam and asked what to do. I was told to terminate the server for that change. Since I had nothing already on it, it was no problem and it was done for me without any problem. So, super service and a happy costumer.

Excellent service!

Onboarding and setup of the VPS was seamless. In 3 months time there were no notable outages, and I always received communication anytime there was scheduled maintenance or anything that would affect my VPS.Customer support is very quick and they went out of their way to help me when I needed to unexpectedly cancel my subscription. Highly recommended!
