I using their dedicated server service over two years, I cannot say they are perfect, but they are willing to take responsibility on their service, try the best to help and solve what I concern. Due to my business growth, so I decided to upgrade the dedicated server from the reliable partner for 12 months.
I recently had a major mishap where I accidentally disabled the ethernet adapter on my VPS. This was a huge problem because it completely blocked my access to the server. I was panicking, but the support team at VPSFOREXTRADER came to my rescue.Not only did they respond quickly to my help request, but they went above and beyond to fix the issue remotely. They were incredibly patient and walked me through the steps to recover my adapter. The best part? Decided to try out VPS Forex Trader as I had been using a couple other services for a few years. I was unhappy with previous vps's prices and perfromance, which is when I found VPS Forex Trader... which seemed to be better performance at a way cheaper cost. I was pretty shocked by the performance by comparison... it was extremely fast and almost felt like it was my local pc. After only 10 days using the product I signed up for the yearly contract and wont be leaving anytime soon. Their customer service is also fanstastic. I contacted them to change my contract from monthly to yearly and it was done within 15 minutes. Highly recommend you give them a try.
I'm really enjoying my experience with VpsForex trader! Their servers are super fast, reliable, and secure in major data centers(LD-NY). The pricing is competitive compared to other providers in the field. What I love most is their support team - they are so responsive and helpful. I had some technical issues logging in due to my mistake of trying to log in from multiple devices at the same time, but Denas was incredibly understanding and quickly resolved the issue. Also, whenever I needed to change data centers, they made the process a breeze. It's been a pleasure dealing with them!Highly recommended for a trustworthy and high-performance VPS solution. 5 stars!
So far the service is good, it's not a cheap one, but have been using them for a little while and never experienced any downtime unlike with other providers.I lately had an issue with my subscription which has been paused and the VPS suspended. I then ordered a one month subscription somewhere else. I was, after that, charged on my credit card and was pretty unhappy with this charge that happened after the service being paused, the support corrected it very quickly with an outstanding resolution of the matter.Thanks and will get back to them once this month has passed.
